Jon Wale
Jon began playing guitar at the age of 11 and hasn’t put it down since. Over the years, he has built extensive experience performing with a wide range of bands, spanning genres from industrial metal to jazz. More recently, he has entertained audiences across East Anglia with the well-regarded indie band The Virtuals and the wedding function band Norma. A versatile and creative guitarist, Jon prides himself on his ability to adapt to any genre, always playing with tone and feeling. When he’s not performing with Loud Like Love, he enjoys teaching guitar and inspiring the next generation of musicians.
Mark Gillespie
Mark started playing Bass Guitar at 15 years of age in a local Rock Band, later joining another local band called 'Buzzard ' based in Soham Cambs which became very popular at the time. This continued for some years and was enormous fun. Mark later joined a well known Country Music act, 'Budgie Coleman and the Mustard Band'. Touring the southern and eastern counties of England for over 10 years. Great experience and lovely audiences and a lot of miles covered. There followed a number of bands mostly playing a mixture of Rock and Pop standards as well as some original material. Lots of Studio recording projects and some Session work kept Mark busy for a while. Then feeling the need to get back to what he does best Mark formed the band Rendition which he played in for some 12 years with the excellent singer Carla Gray and some really superb musicians. Recently moved on to join some old friends playing Rock standards in local pubs which was both nostalgic and enjoyable. Most recently Mark was invited to join the Function/Party band 'Loud Like Love', a brilliant line up fronted by the wonderful Rachel Hughes, superb guitarist Jon Wale and the incomparable drumming of Andy Vellacott. A TOP Line-Up. This band will really kick off any Wedding or Party. Good Times ahead!

Andy Vellacott is a touring drummer with over 20 years’ experience performing with original artists and tribute acts.
